Most brands will be new to North Texas

As seen in the Dallas Morning News: 9 new stores line up for project on Dallas’s Henderson Avenue

Dallas shoppers are getting even more options in an active part of the city’s retail scene.

Henderson Avenue is getting new stores from several brands under a new slate of leases, including some that are new to the region, according to a statement by Acadia Realty Trust and 3-O Real Estate Partners (formerly Ignite-Rebees). They’re slated to be part of a mixed-use development offering retail, restaurant and office space. Many retail tenants are set to open in the spring of 2027.

“I think it’s phenomenal for Dallas, and I think it’s incredible for this neighborhood,” said Mark Masinter, co-founder of 3-O Real Estate Partners and chairman of global retail at Newmark.

The Henderson Avenue development is attracting attention and picking up tenants as North Texas grows and locals seek out new shopping options. The project, stretching about a quarter mile, is located roughly between Glencoe Street and McMillan Avenue, east of Highway 75 and also near Greenville Avenue include, Frankies Bikinis, Jenni Kayne, Moscot, Zadig&Voltaire, Beyond Yoga, Sam Edelman, Vuori, Lululemon and Catbird.
