A mixed-use development set to transform a vacant stretch of East Dallas has secured an impressive lineup of luxury retailers — all making their market debuts. The 11 new tenants include Ariat, Guizio, Cami NYC, Jean Dousset, Margaux, Alberta Boot Co., Cody & Sioux, Sway Wellness, Rag & Bone, Salt & Straw, and PopUp Bagels.
With vertical construction now complete, the entire project expects to deliver in mid-November.
“When the project is complete, Henderson Avenue will feature an extraordinary mix of brands housed in a collection of design-forward buildings that you simply won’t find anywhere else in Dallas,” said Mark Masinter, Co-Founder of Ignite-Rebees.
