When you are presented with a menu that’s overwhelmingly good – how does one choose? This is a recurring dilemma at Fireside Pies on Henderson Avenue – one of our favorite spots for pizza and cocktails.
For starters, though you can’t really go wrong, the Molten Meatballs and Bruschetta (though a close tie with the Spinach and Artichoke Dip) are at the top of our list. Now, we get to salads — the Fireside Cheese is exactly what it sounds like – a salad blended with four cheeses. It’s a must.
And, then we get to pizza pies. The Triple is a go-to with pepperoni, mozzarella, basil, and truffle oil. The Hot ‘N Crumbled is made with homemade spicy Italian sausage, garlic ricotta, and diced tomatoes. For a vegetarian pie, go for the Quattro Funghi.
