New Favorites At Gemma

There’s nothing that says spring quite like a meal at Gemma restaurant. We are always impressed by their seasonal favorites and new additions to their already stellar menu.

Here are a few currently on our list - clockwise from top left /

  • Sweet Gem Wedge: served with a dill buttermilk dressing, crispy bacon bits, Gorgonzola, and watermelon radishes

  • Fusili: with asparagus, fava, shimeji mushrooms, green garlic dandelion salsa verde

  • Buratta: with roasted red beets, shaved fennel, champagne vinaigrette, tarragon
